Family Fee Earner
Wace Morgan are seeking a skilled Family Solicitor or CILEx to join our well respected Family Team at our head-office in Shrewsbury Town Centre.
As a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
The candidate must have 5+ years PQE with demonstrable experience in the following key areas:-
- Divorce
- Cohabitation Disputes
- Financial and Property Issues to include High Net Worth (HNW) individuals
- Separation, Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial Agreements
The ability to conduct own advocacy would be preferable.
