We sat down with Rachel Williams to ask her about her career and experience. Here is 60 seconds with … Rachel Williams.

What were you doing before you joined Wace Morgan?

I started working with Wace Morgan in 2018 after deciding to pursue a change in career.  Previously I spent a decade managing multi million pound retailer accounts in the Chilled Supply chain.

What route did you take to qualify as a Solicitor?

Having obtained a degree at Harper Adams University in Business Management and Marketing, I converted this to a Law Degree and subsequently completed the Legal Practice course obtaining a distinction whilst working for Wace Morgan.

Wace Morgan has supported me throughout my studies and I have gained invaluable experience across a number of departments as part of my training contract, enabling me to qualify as a Solicitor in 2023.

What sets you apart from other Solicitors and how does this help you to assist your clients?

I was brought up on a family farm in Shropshire and I am keen to be able to assist the agricultural community. I now specialise in agricultural law across our Commercial and Private Client departments, working out of both our Shrewsbury and Bishops Castle offices.
