Tracey Tromans

Tracey joined Wace Morgan in 2026 as a partner and is part of the Private Client team.

She qualified in 2007 and completed the STEP diploma shortly thereafter in 2009 to become a TEP. Following qualification Tracey remained with the regional firm she trained with for a further 8 years working up to head of department before moving to a firm closer to home in 2016 where Tracey spent 10 years. She was promoted to partner in 2020.

Tracey joined the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) in 2010 which specialises in supporting vulnerable and older people with legal advice and is now an accredited member.

In her free time Tracey enjoys spending time with her young family and has recently taken up running, aspiring to participate in local community runs in the future.
