David Phillips

David is a Commercial Property solicitor specialising in lease transactions and freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. David’s experience also covers secured lending and refinancing, acting for both borrowers and lenders, property portfolio management, the property elements of corporate transactions and advising landowners and developers on the acquisition and disposal of development sites.

David qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has practised in Shropshire and the Midlands throughout his legal career.  David prides himself on his practical, commercial approach to matters and enjoys finding innovative solutions to complex problems in order to achieve the optimal outcome for his clients.

Away from work, David enjoys spending time with his young family.  David is also a keen sports fan who enjoys playing football and coaching his son’s junior football team
