Cassie Chidlow

Cassie is an Associate Solicitor within our Residential Property Department having joined Wace Morgan in September 2023. Before joining Wace Morgan Cassie was an Associate Supervisor of the Shrewsbury property team at another local firm.

She qualified as a Solicitor in March 2015 and has over 10 years’ experience in the Residential Property field.

Cassie deals with all aspects of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, first registrations and equity release. She acts for clients not only in Shropshire but all over the UK.

She has built an excellent reputation with local Estate Agents and has connections with local Mortgage Brokers, Surveyors and Tax Advisors.

Cassie also has experience working at an International Law Firm based in Birmingham working alongside large commercial developers.

She is friendly and approachable and can guide you through the complex process of buying or selling a property, taking the stress out of moving home, by ensuring that the process is as smooth as possible.
