Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (no agencies)
Due to continued growth, Wace Morgan are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy Shrewsbury Town Centre team.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish and have at 3+ years PQE with demonstrable experience which includes but is not limited to:-
- Sales and purchases (Freehold and Leasehold)
- New build purchases
- Unregistered conveyancing, including first registrations
- Remortgages including Equity Release products
- Shared ownerships and Help to Buy schemes
- Transfers of Equity
As a member of the Wace Morgan team we expect you to be business focused, collaborative and familiar with working in the midst of a structured compliance framework. We are looking for a candidate who can remain calm, focused and deliver quality advice in sometimes pressurised situations and a candidate with the ability to make sound decisions and take ownership of their files.
