Rachel Burke
Rachel joined Wace Morgan in February 2020 and is part of the Private Client team as the Deputy Head Of Department.
She qualified in 2009, splitting her time equally between private client and conveyancing work for several years before deciding to focus primarily on private client work and completing the STEP diploma in 2012 with distinction to become a TEP. Rachel worked at a firm in Chester for 9 years prior to joining Wace Morgan, most recently as a director and head of Wills and Probate.
Rachel recently completed the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (“ACTAPS”) Course for Qualified Solicitors in order to gain a firm grounding in contentious private client matters.
Rachel has sat on the STEP Cheshire Branch Committee since 2015, having held the events officer post for several years and now being a member of the general committee.
In 2022 Rachel was promoted to the position of Partner in recognition of her significant contribution to the development of her department and the firm as a whole.
In her free time Rachel enjoys outdoor pursuits- especially scrambling and rock climbing. She is also a big fan of team sports, playing netball and rounders in various local leagues.
“Excellent guidance and advice received throughout the legal pathway following my Wife’s passing and administration of Her Estate… Solicitor’s help invaluable and greatly appreciated.”
“Rachel dealt with the preparation of our Wills very efficiently and professionally, answering all our questions and queries with great care. We were very satisfied.”
