‘Planning for the future’ seminar planned in Newtown
An event which will help local people to plan for their future is being organised in Newtown at the end of this month.
Solicitors Wace Morgan Tomleys, which has an office in Market Street, is hosting the seminar, entitled “Be Prepared!”, on January 30th.
Three members of the firm’s elderly care team will be on hand to talk to those attending the event at the Oriel Davies Gallery from 10:30am.
“We specialise in the important issues affecting many elderly people such as Powers of Attorney, end of life matters, long term care and estate planning and want to give local people a chance to chat to us and ask questions affecting their future,” said lawyer Liz Holdsworth, who is also a regional co-ordinator for the national organisation Solicitors for the Elderly and has been for the last 13 years.
She will be joined at the seminar by colleagues Nicola Pearce and Andrew Oxenham, who are also members of the organisation.
The event will provide people with free impartial and informed advice.
