Ben Completes Apprenticeship
Ben Hartshorne joined Wace Morgan in November 2021 as the Business Administration Apprentice.
Having made the decision that university was not for him, Ben wanted to gain experience within the legal sector at an introductory level. He acknowledged that working in a support role allowed him to explore various areas of law before deciding where he wished to take his career.
During his time at Wace Morgan Ben has provided invaluable support to the Business Support Teams and has gained an extensive insight into the services that we provide. He has also taken charge of a large project for the firm, and the project report formed part of his coursework. In June 2023 Ben qualified and continues to work within Business Support.
Ben shared some thoughts on his time at Wace Morgan so far:
‘I have been provided with a perfect balance of support and freedom to develop myself into the role. This is a huge reason why I have enjoyed my time here so far. The team have been fantastic in providing me with a wide variety of tasks in different departments, along with supporting me with my college course which has given me the fantastic background knowledge to progress through my apprenticeship.’
