Solicitor or Legal Executive – Commercial

Due to continued growth within our Commercial Property Department an opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our very well respected Head of Department on a varied and interesting caseload.

This role has excellent promotion prospects and the successful candidate should therefore demonstrate a willingness to develop into a senior role within the department, demonstrating that they are competently and independently able to manage such a caseload.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post qualification experience to include, but not limited to, the following:-

· Freehold and Leasehold acquisitions

· Commercial leases

· Agricultural

· Residential and Commercial Development

The successful candidate will be expected to work within the realms of a comprehensive compliance framework, be commercially astute, with the ability to confidently communicate with a variety of different stakeholders.
